Led, Aydınlatma ve Elektrik İç Tesisat Fuarı New Generation in Lighting
The preparations for the International Led & Lighting Exhibition 2016, which is the only meeting point of Turkey and its region in the field of LED technology that has brought the lighting industry into a new age, have begun. Thanks to its renewed rich content and the broadened scope of the exhibition, the 12th Led & Lighting Exhibition to be carried out on October 6th-9th, 2016 is expected to reach better figures of growth and increase in 2016.
Beginning a new era in the field of lighting and bringing innovation to the industry together with themselves thanks to the unique innovations and high level technological developments they have led to, now LEDs are more than lighting products that we think of and use individually. Having proven themselves all around the world in terms of especially energy efficiency as well as performance, saving and cost, now LEDs have become lighting technologies which are put on the agenda by governments. We can observe this obvious fact particularly in the LED transformation projects carried out for road lighting. The management of Marmara Fair Organization saw the signs of this big change in advance, and has enlightened the industry by organizing the Led & Lighting Exhibition since 2007.
Having become a part of the LED lighting market which as a continuously growing and developing industry, Led & Lighting Exhibition maintained its growth in also 2015 in parallel with the industry. 266 exhibitors participated in the Led & Led Lighting Exhibition in 2015 up from 259 in 2014. While the area rented by exhibitors in 2014 was 6,591 square meters, this figure increased to 6,773 square meters in 2015. Besides, having an influx of visitors from 6 different continents including North America, Asia, Europe, Oceania, Africa and South America, the Led & Lighting Exhibition hosted visitors from 68 different countries mainly from Germany, Albania, Bulgaria, England, Iraq, Iran, Cyprus, Lebanon, Macedonia, Egypt, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine, Greece and China.
